    I currently offer the following computer repair services: Virus/Malware removal, Clean Up/Tune-Up, E-mail Issue Resolution, Operating System installation and repairs and Hardware Troubleshooting and repairs. I also program Smart TVs to work with your Internet connection and set up all your favorite streaming apps. I also offer video transfer services! I can transfer your VHS, 8mm or MiniDV tapes to digital format, ready to be enjoyed on your smart TV or gaming console. Pricing is $20 per tape regardless of length of content. I do have a $40 diagnostic fee which is waived if you choose to repair your computer.

    Pricing is simple: My standard rate is $80 per hour regardless of whether I come to your location, perform repairs remotely or bring your computer back to my workshop. Pick up and delivery is free for Gloucester, Rockport, Essex and Manchester-By-The-Sea residents! For residents outside Cape Ann our pick up/drop off fee is $10 per trip (Essex County select areas only).
